J’ai eu un souci ce matin avec un PSOD sur l’un de mes ESXi 5.0 U2.
Après investigation il s’avère qu’il y’a un soucis de compatibilité avec les adapteurs réseau E1000e utilisés nativement lorsque l’on créé un Windows 2012.
Le « workaround » pour le moment est de créer une carte réseau en vmxnet3. Ce problème concerne tous les ESXi 5.x y compris 5.5
Cependant le support m’a annoncé qu’un patch correctif est annoncé pour Q1 2014.

To work around the issue, perform one of these options:
- Use the VMXNET3 virtual adapter and reduce the usage of the E1000 series adapter as much as possible.
- Disable RSS (e1000e only) within the Windows virtual machine. For more information, see Poor network performance or high network latency on Windows virtual machines (2008925).
